“Villa Vanda” was built in 2015 and  sits on a land of about 2.600sqm, of which 117sqm comprises the main house and 2480sqm makes up an outdoor relaxation oasis, including an amazing swimming pool of 12mX6m, a  large front yard of about 500sqm and sa eparate private oasis of fruit and olive trees. The outside space also includes two wonderful verandas ideal for hosting lunches and dinners. To compliment this fantastic property, our Guests can access a revampped Cocktails & Sun Lounge private roof terrace with a fantastic panoramic  view.

The Villa has private electronic pedestrian and car gates. The property is fully alarmed and  protected 24h with a private security system. The parking space at the entrance of the Villa can accommodate up to six cars.

From the front veranda our Guests can access the Villa which opens its doors into a very spacious kitchen and a cosy living room. With a touch of magic, the living room can be transformed into another separate room with a very comfortable sofa bed.

Through the kitchen arch door, our Guests can access the sleeping area which consists of two very good-sized bedrooms and a bathroom equipped with every convenience.  Also located via the kitchen, our Guests can access the main veranda overlooking the amazing swimming pool and the relaxing garden.  The outdoor area is also equipped with a second bathroom and two external showers.

The Villa has air conditioning throughout all rooms and the water is provided directly from an artesian well underneath the property.

Outside the main veranda, there is also a Barbecue area comprising a large barbecue, plenty of storage, an external sink and an external 2 burner hob .  

Nothing is missing and this is the reson why Villa Vanda is the perfect spot for a fantastic holiday.

• Villa Vanda is available on Airbnb.com and Vrbo.com platforms
• The minimum stay at the Villa is 3 days
• Sleep max 6 persons (2 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed)

Total Price

• The total price of the booking incliudes: night stay, cleaning fees, additional fees (if any) and service charges. Details of those fees are available during the check out stage on Airbnb.com and Vrbo.com platfoms. The two platforms have the same prices.

Before your arrival

• The Guests will receive the gate and the keys lock codes two weeks before the renting starts
• The Guest will receive the Villa allarm code which is different from each previous renting.
• “Villa Vanda” is not wheelchair accessible
• Smoking is allowed outside the Villa but not in the pool
• Pets are not allowed with exepctions of Service Animals
• Guests are strongly recommended to rent a car. All major car rentals are available in all the local airports
• La Famila supermarket is just 4km away. Other local food stores are available in San Vito dei Normanni (1km away)

• Check In Time: from 16.00
• Method: Self Check-In. Please follow the check-out policy provided. 
• A set of house keys and 1 car gate controller will be provided to our Guests. Please take good care of the keys and controller as if you lose them there is a fee of E100.00 each. In case this happens please contact me directly. I will organise the delivery of the spare keys and additional controller. Please pay the E100.00 due directly to my Team member.

Check-Out

• Check Out Time: by 10.00am
• Method: Self Check Out process. Please follow the check-out policy provided.  
• Please try to leave the Villa as you found it. If the Guests notice some issues with the property, please report them to me directly via WhatsApp. If anything breaks during a stay we kindly ask our Guest to note it on the "Broken Items Notesheet" provided

• The Villa has private electronic pedestrian and car gates. Keep it closed at all times
• Prior to the Guests’ arrival, an alarm code will be provided. The codes are changed at each renting
• Close the main Villa door if in the pool area
• Close all the main windows and external shutters before leaving the Villa
• The roof terrace stairs have been fitted with a small gate to prevent young children accessing it. At any stage children MUST be with an adult when accessing this area. Keep this gate closed if the roof terrace is not in use
• Do not sit on the wall along the roof terrace perimeter
• To protect young children from accessing the pool, a small gate has been fitted. Please be sure to have it closed at all times if you have young children
• Please do not climb the trees
• Be aware of possible fire hazards such as: cigarette buts or hot barbecue
• For our Guests’ convenience, safety and hazard signs have been installed throughout the property
• Please familiarise yourself with the Swimming Pool & Safety Guidelines below

Swimming Pool Safety

There are a set of simple swimming pool rules which we strongly encourage to follow as they will guarantee the Guests’ safety.

• No Lifeguard on duty an any time (By law in Italy, a lifguard is required if the swimming pool has a high of more than 1.60m)
• In the interest of hygiene all Guests must shower before accessing the pool 
• Children under the age of 8 must be directly supervised by an adult in the pool at all times in the ratio of one adult is to two children
• Infants and children who are not yet toilet trained must wear a swim nappy
• Running, pushing, wrestling, or causing undue disturbance in or about the pool area is not permitted. Please respect the neighbours!
• Don't pee in the pool. Use the external toilette
• It is suggested never to swim alone
• Diving is not allowed 
• No running around the edge of the pool. It is slippery when wet!
• No glass containers or food of any kind are allowed in the pool area. The pool area is the perimeter of the swimming pool (not lawn)
• Ball games or other games in the pool are at the Guests’ sole responsibility
• Persons who have consumed alcohol and/or drugs can not use the swimming pool. Villa Vanda does not accept this kind of behaviour and it is not our responsibility in case of accidents due to alcohol and /or drug assumption
• No animals allowed with exeptions of Service Animals
• Smoking is not allowed in the pool
• Use the stairs provided to access and leave the pool
• Please respect the Neighbours at any time. No loud music allowed in the garden area after 10.30pm

Why not enjoy an Aperitif Cocktail night at the Villa on the rooftop or alongside the fantastic pool! . In co operation with the best cocktail bar located in Ostuni our Guests have the possibility to enjoy amazing cocktails with natural fruit juices produced through the "Osmosis" process. Each Guest has the possibility to chose 3 cocktails from the cocktail menu which is provided upon request. Cocktails are accompanied with typical Puglian nibbles.

Fancy a fantastic dinner at the Villa with typical Puglian specialitis? Personal Chef services can be organised for one night or for the entire Guest's stay. Tell us what you want to eat or let the Chef decide for you. 

Personal Driver / Tour Service

Villa Vanda is partnering with a prestigius local transporation company which offers a personal driver from and to the major Puglian's airport or daily/weekly personal driver service. In addition, it is possoble to organise: a  tour using a typical "Calessino" (photo below), wines and/or cheeses tasting and tours to the amazing beaches and/or olive groves.

Wine Tasting at the Villa

Are you wine lover? In collaboration with a prestigious local “Enobottega” (Wine bar), Villa Vanda offers wine tasting afternoons at the Villa.. White, red, rose’, bubbles or Champagne we have them all! Drinks are accompanied with typical Puglian cured local meats and cheeses.

Villa Vanda has not financial interests by providing the above experiences. Instead there is a € 10.00 booking fee applyed by Villa Vanda. On an yearly basis, all the booking fees are donated by Villa Vanda to the Italian Parkinson Association.
